Plantar Fasciitis and Pregnancy Arthritis

I have been soooo lucky with this pregnancy up until recently. I really can't complain overall...it really has been great. Lately, though, I have developed Plantar Fasciitis in my feet and Arthritis in my hands. Basically my heels feel like they have 1000 knives in them when I walk, so I have had to limit my walking and excercising. The result of this is extra weight gain and mucho frustration bc I just can't get much done. I am having to wear these silly boots at night which makes sleeping hard to come by...so then i am cranky all day due to exhaustion. I am supposed to stay off my feet, but its impossible. The arthritis in the hands is very painful. I truly hope this is just a pregnancy thing, bc if not then we have a real problem. I can barely open them and I have no strength...not to mention the swelling. Oh well, these things really are minor when I think about what could be. I am truly thankful if this is all I have to worry about.
